The UK police have always been very careful with their words in cases such as Nicola Bulley having been missing. Careful. Very careful. Even conservatively cautious.
I venture my opinon that lancashire Police has behaved extremely unprofessionally, especially the most senior officers and female too-an accolade to this day. They did let themselves down and can blame nobody but themselves. All I can think is that none of them have sat down after work and studied the most recent police manuals nor protocols or procedures. As to calling poor Ms Bulley alcoholic AND menopausal-at the very time when women police across the country are trying to have acceptance and understanding as employees and those suffering from menopause asking for care and understanding, it beggars belief.
It is my intuitive hunch that there are several strands to this case which flag themselves up for us, even us 'thickos'.
Firstly, Ms. Bulley is/was a very intelligent woman. I always have much respect for women who are confortable in the financial industry-believe me-we are few and far between, truly.
This lady is 'au fait' with regulations, statutes, the general law, company law, breaches of law and consequences thereof.
What is to say that when her partner called the police on her as if she were a mad person-and many men are guilty of this(it is the testerone in them) and when police also went to her home with a view of sectioning her under the Mental Health Act, did Paul Ansell bother to think that he had INSTANTLY ruined her CAREER?? It would be on record somewhere as soft information, if nothing else.
I hazard a guess that Ms. Bulley sought to make a legal complaint against the actions of Lancashire Police Authority and they were informed. She was no drunken housewife on shandy. So what if she had a cocktail or two? One only has the hearsay of the partner-not very bright for moving to ruin her income-generating career…Did he not have one too?
I hazard a guess that he had grudgingly began to clock her as to what amount of chores she contributed to in the home and he grudgingly noted mentally if she had not completely all the clearing up, etc. (Listen carefully to his tv interview ). If one is sitting around the house drinking tea and waiting to go to the gym and allegedly awaiting 3.00 pm because the United States are behind us ?? (are they by 6 hrs?-it depends on what state he deals with, then why did he say he ran upstairs as soon as she drove off- to read his emails? Can you be an engineer across the seas? How do you take measurements? Unless you are in such a senior job you successfully obtained by Skype interview? But then, the family would not have been in dire financial straits if her partner were such a high-level 'engineer' for a company in the United States, where company law is very strict?

NOTHING. UNLESS one's dog is a Staffordshire Pit Bull, a genuine American big bulldog or one of the listed dangerous dogs.
So the Caravan holiday businesswoman bought chickens to allege that Ms Bulley's intelligent little dog might chase them. She then also bought a few sheep.
Therefore, with mind very open, I venture to state that all the Local Government Agencies are covering for the local female very senior police officers; which will lead to jail for perjury-PERJURY- in a case of a dead lady with two lovely young daughters. PERJURY IS A MOST SERIOUS OFFENCE, LEADING TO POTENTIALLY YEARS IN JAIL IF CHARGED, TRIED, CONVICTED AND SENTENCED.
One wonders-do these Lancs.officers ever take CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING REGULARLY? CHIEF SUPERINTENDENTS AND THE LIKE receive mostly £200,000.00 a YEAR SALARIES AND MORE.

At least she didnt take her children, she loved her family, but when depression enters the brain, there is no pill to swallow to solve it, i myself know this, i thankfully woke up on life support, i had very bad delirium. There's no way the body could have been in the river the entire time, it would have had to float prematurely and cover a vast distance quicker than is possible in order to get past the wier. Telling the police that she is vulnerable stops an investigation of wrongdoing, telling everyone she's not in the river and to get the police to search in other areas, and then the body HAPPENS to be found/put in the river when the area goes quiet? Suspicious.
I know what happened to Nicola Bulli … She received injuries to her head and hands, she reached the bushes herself, she hid in them, undressed and was in the water for a while, then crawled out and died — from suffocation… She did everything to avoid being found … She was alone all the time !!!
